Silja works as an educational consultant to support families of learners with special educational needs including speech, language and communication needs access the educational provision that they need. Silja is also a neurodiversity coach working with neurodiverse people to help them achieve their goals and to succeed at work.
Silja has experienced as a parent the scarcity of school places for learners like those that will benefit from our programme.

Director of education and therapy
Tanya is a highly experienced educational consultant and parent coach supporting learners with additional needs and disabilities achieve outcomes beyond expectations. Tanya was the founding head teacher of a successful specialist school in London for learners with complex learning and physical needs that she led for over 9 years and left to found an educational consultancy supporting learners with complex educational needs. Tanya oversees the educational and therapy provision to ensure that it will allow each learner to thrive in their life, learning and wellbeing.

Director of programme strategy and development
Michael is working to oversee the strategy and overall environment and development of the programme to ensure it meets the needs of our learners, giving them the very best environment to develop their speech and language skills, life, learning and wellbeing skills.
Michael has extensive business leadership experience and has worked in the commercial and not for profit sectors over his 40+ years of work. Michael is also a coach supporting adults with additional needs and is passionate about every child obtaining the support they need to thrive.
